PRODUCT ACCOUNT

Manage identity in Octoryn Console

The public site does not process sessions or product profiles. Continue to the independent Console to verify ownership and delete the account.

Open Console account deletion ↗

1. Request deletion

Send a deletion request from your registered business email to support@octopusos.ai. Include your name, organisation and the workspace concerned, but never include an API key, password or provider secret.

If your account is controlled by an employer or customer organisation, contact its workspace administrator first. The organisation may need to authorise deletion of workspace records it controls.

2. Verification

We verify identity, account ownership and authority before deletion. We may ask for confirmation through the registered email or the customer’s agreed support channel. Requests involving a whole workspace require an authorised workspace owner.

3. What is deleted

Subject to the customer agreement and lawful retention, deletion may include:

  • Your profile, direct contact information and active sessions.
  • Router credentials issued solely to the deleted account.
  • Personal preferences and device-local data that you remove from your browser.
  • Customer content and operational records where the customer instructs deletion and no retention obligation applies.

4. What may be retained

We may retain limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance and proof that a request was completed. Retained information remains protected and is not used for unrelated purposes.

Backups are removed through the normal backup lifecycle. A model provider may retain data under its own terms or the customer’s provider account; the workspace owner may need to make a separate provider request.

5. Timing and outcome

We acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law or the customer agreement. We will explain if more information is needed, if the request must be handled by the customer organisation, or if specific information cannot be deleted.

6. Privacy rights and complaints

For access, correction, deletion or privacy complaints, contact privacy@octopusos.ai or dpo@octopusos.ai. You may also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another competent regulator.
